Friendly and helpful management on site and very clean property.
The cabin was a good size for 2 of us. It was very clean and was supplied with coffee, ice and a grill complete with propane. The location was convenient to Arches and Canyonlands National parks. Dave called us before checking in to make sure we had directions, etc. Upon checking in, Dave provided local information regarding the Segoe canyon ghost town and petroglyphs. Fantastic getaway with beautiful views!
Such a great little place, perfect for everything we needed.
We loved loved staying here! We were a little confused about if there are pots and pans as well as dishes (it just says dishes in the description) so YES it also has pots and pans, no need to pack any. That was the only thing I would change though, it was adorable, and such a great place to stay while exploring Moab and the surrounding areas
Great little Home away from Home
This place served a a wonderful base for my Brother, Wife, and I for 3 days of exploring the Great outdoors of Moab, Arches NP, and Canyon lands NP. Being about a 40 Min drive away from any of them means you don't have to deal with the insanity of trying to stay closer to the parks. Nice and quiet and extremely comfortable.
Comfortable, Clean, Perfect!!!
We stayed here over Thanksgiving break and had a wonderful experience. We even stayed an extra night! Check in and out was a breeze. Sam and Dave were helpful with our questions. The Birdhouse was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Our daughter enjoyed the loft area; however it is short. Adults can't stand up in it. The appliances and kitchen equipment were new and clean. The swings outside were nice to relax in while barbecuing. I would definitely recommend and we will be back when exploring the Arches, Canyonlands area.
Adorable cabin at the base of mountains
We loved being able to come home to our own little place after a day of exploring Arches National Park. The location was also great because it put us right on 70 so we could continue on to Bryce Canyon. Had a great stay!
Fun 'Small House' feel.
Didn't really spend much time there.
Great talking to hosts' and getting local highlights.
Moab and parks beautiful. Not enough daylight to see everything.
Exceeded expectations. Would recommend to others. No hassle lodging and has everything you need plus. Clean and comfortable.
All was as advertised. The gas station/quick stop had food and basic supplies. The maintenance man, "Doc", met us when we arrived. He lives on site in case you need anything. The price compared to Moab was great. Ceiling height in the bathroom was about 6'8" and the hallway narrow, so may be tight for large bodies. Upstairs loft would be great for kids.
The little house worked out great for us.
Close to the parks and very quiet. We stayed 6 nights. Made some quick meals. Did a few loads of laundry. Used the air conditioner and the heater. Dave gave us a few suggestions for side trips. Worked great for us.
House was immaculate. Cleanest place I've ever stayed in. I actually went looking for dust to see if I could find any. None. Great for a small family/couple. Check in was easy. Never spoke to anyone at the park or the owner, which is no difference to me.
Location is great for a hub to Moab and National Parks. It is about 30 miles to Moab. If you have 4x4, pop a right out of property and follow Sego Canyon up to the top.
Only "downside" I can see for people is remoteness. If you need anything nearby, be it food/bar/entertainment its a 30 mile drive. Only thing in town is a gas station. Fine for us but I can see it being an issue for some!
Would stay again without a doubt!
